Kerry’s role is to support our speaker candidates at various stages of their TEDxWarrington journey. As a 2022 speaker herself, she knows exactly what to expect from the experience and has plenty of wisdom to share.
Work
Kerry is a learning and performance improvement expert with 25 years’ experience of delivering exceptional results. She is fascinated by what makes people tick and especially loves working with young people. Kerry founded Oomph Learning and Development Ltd in 2019. In her business she uses Insights and Clarity4D colour profiling tools to help individuals and teams to gain a deeper understanding of themselves and others in order to improve performance, relationships and team effectiveness.

In her spare time, Kerry supports local organisations she is passionate about and loves to travel. Her friends and family are the most important things in the world and you’ll mostly find them outside chatting by the fire pit!
