Emma Baylin is a champion of creative activities. She’s been facilitating change for many years and in 2013 she formed a not-for-profit organisation called Shared Harmonies to help companies and communities improve connection, confidence and well-being through music. This was recognised with a ‘Prime Minister’s Point of Light’ award. ![]()

In this talk, Emma explores the impact creative practices can have to help you reach your full potential and reveal an inner harmony you never imagined possible. ![]()

Rachel runs her own neurodiversity consultancy. She trains companies on how to reach, recruit and develop neurodiverse staff, employees whose brains work a little bit differently. ![]()
