#TEDxWarrington VIDEO RELEASE !!!❌❌❌ Connecting with harmony ❌❌❌Can music create connection? Can finding your voice help you find yourself? Many of us found ways of coping with the isolation that came with the pandemic. Maybe it was reading, baking, yoga or acquiring a puppy. Emma Baylin is a champion of creative activities. She’s been facilitating change for many years and in 2013 she formed a not-for-profit organisation called Shared Harmonies to help companies and communities improve connection, confidence and well-being through music. This was recognised with a ‘Prime Minister’s Point of Light’ award. In this talk, Emma explores the impact creative practices can have to help you reach your full potential and reveal an inner harmony you never imagined possible. #TEDx #Warrington #change #connection #happiness #personalgrowth #song #voice Credits:Videography by Paul Chadwick of Prism StudiosParts of the introduction from event host Andrew Thorp ... #TEDxWarrington VIDEO RELEASE !!!❌❌❌ Inclusion is selfish ❌❌❌Some might say Rachel Morgan-Trimmer has led her life a bit differently – she taught drama to kids in the Bronx, took a career break to travel the world and talks a lot about cake. She explains what life is like when you’re autistic. Rachel runs her own neurodiversity consultancy. She trains companies on how to reach, recruit and develop neurodiverse staff, employees whose brains work a little bit differently. Accepting and including autistic people is something that every workplace can do. She shares what inclusion is and what it is not, and encourages us to be a little bit selfish when it comes to inclusivity. Getting it wrong is how we get it right. #TEDx #Warrington #Autism #AutismSpectrum #ActuallyAutistic #Disability #Diversity #Idea challenge #Marginalized #PersonalgrowthCredits:Videography by Paul Chadwick of Prism StudiosParts of the introduction from event host Andrew Thorp ...
