Sonya's Role
Sonya joins us as a new team member in 2025 and is part of the Speaker Support team. With a career in presentation and public speaker coaching, Sonya will be offering our speakers mentoring and feedback and encouragement on their talk structure and delivery.
Work
Sonya specialises in Presentation, Public Speaking, Leadership and Influence. She delivers presentation skills workshops, public speaking programmes and individual coaching. Sonya has produced and run multi-cultural courses throughout Europe and is an accredited TOTALSDI® (Strength Deployment Inventory) facilitator helping organisations to look at leadership, teamwork and individual communication styles.

What's your favourite TED/TEDx talk and why?
‘Why People Believe They Can’t Draw’ By Graham Shaw.
I love this TEDx talk partly because I’ve been on one of his cartooning workshops and had such a good time (before his TED talk was aired). Also he is such a genuine, relatable guy. His book on Presenting ‘The Speakers Coach’ is also my ‘go to’ recommendation for my coachees.
