Kim has a very important supporting role at TEDxWarrington. On the night, you will see her sitting in front of the stage following every word in each speaker’s script. She’s there to prompt our speakers if they lose their words or need a steer in the right direction. Kim has been administrator and prompt for TEDx Northwich since its inception, so we were delighted when she agreed to join our team.
Kim worked for Copley Square Limited (originally Meridian Holdings) as a PA from 1989. The company specialised in contracting work (shop, hotel, sports arena fitting as well as new commercial development. She currently supports the original Chairman in a more rounded position, carrying out PA duties alongside Director and Company Secretary roles.
Kim is a member of her local choir group in Northwich, which she absolutely adores being part of. She also enjoys boxing classes three times a week and baking when she has the time.
What's your favourite TED/TEDx talk and why?
It’s too hard to pick one! I love anything that challenges my current thinking or teaches me something I don’t know. That’s the real value of a TED talk.
