Interesting Facts
Interesting thing about you that people won’t know
I failed all my A Levels, had the time of my life during that year out, and still got into university. Sometimes Plan B is even better than Plan A.
What achievement makes you most proud?
The amazing international community that I have built, all connected by colour. The ripples of joy are reaching further than I could have ever dreamed, and I’m here for it!
What do you get up to in your spare time?
I love being outside in the countryside. My soul shade is green, so I’m lucky to spend as much time as possible down at the stables with my daughter and our pony – horses are a really powerful therapy for me. If not there, then you will find me on the sidelines of a rugby or football match cheering on my two sons – they are sporty boys and brilliant team players.
If you weren’t doing what you’re doing now, what would you be doing instead?
I’d probably still be styling, in the traditional way. My big idea that we feel colour was an itch that I had to scratch and it led me down a massive rabbit hole, away from the colour we can see and deep into the wellbeing world. But if I had ignored my gut feeling? I’d still be styling – fun but not hitting quite where I wanted it to and still with that lingering feeling that there was more to this than meets the eye.
