Mike's Role
Mike is involved in supporting the development of our sponsorship and partnership outreach, which is integral to how the event will be financed. He will also assist with other sub-projects such as the coordination of volunteers and the review and repurposing of team and stakeholder information.
Work
Mike wears many hats as a founder, Director, investor and a grafter. He loves people, property, tech, reading, and learning. He also has a love of what is on the horizon. For over 30 years, he has built and managed successful teams, primarily within the ‘tech’ sector, and continues to be involved with a number of these. He has just finished writing his 3rd novel. He is a dad to 2 daughters and 2 sons, and a Grandad to 3 Granddaughters, all of whom never cease to amaze, baffle and delight him in equal measures.
Play
Mike has a classic MG B and is currently converting a van into a campervan. He loves to read, play the drums and grow vegetables, as well as walk up and ski down mountains.
Lesser Known Fact
In a previous life, Mike sold carpets and perfume (but not both at the same time).
