Through our work with leaders across the globe, this is exactly what we aim to achieve. Our coaching, training and facilitation work often centres around supporting leadership teams to embrace, lead and manage business change effectively.

TEDx ideas help us embrace change

Change can have a profound impact on our personal and professional lives, and as Einstein said, ‘Change is the only constant’. To this end, it is important we gather strategies to help us thrive during change rather than just survive. TED and TEDx events are an ideal opportunity to do this.

Coaching clients through adversity

We’re also passionate about tacking adversity. As coaches, we provide a safe space for our clients to work through challenges they face and offer support in order for them to plan their next steps. This helps our clients to feel empowered and positive about their future.

Rebecca Wray was born in Warrington and has lived and worked in the town for over 20 years. So, when the opportunity arose to sponsor the TEDxWarrington event for a second year, she jumped at it.
