Kate's Role
Kate is a member of the Speaker Selection Panel. As a speaker at the inaugural TEDxWarrington event in 2022, she is uniquely placed to offer independent insight into what’s required from our applicants.
Work
Kate is a Master Coach with over 20 years’ experience, helping leaders and their teams drive for big results and love the journey. In 2022, Kate became a published author with her book ‘Get There, Love Here! The busy professional’s guide to authentic, enjoyable success’.
Kate specialises in designing and delivering bespoke Talent Development programmes to support and accelerate the growth of emerging leaders. She is an advocate of sustainable success, working to ensure her clients set themselves up for both significant impact in the short run and authentic happiness for the long haul.

Kate is a proud Mum of two amazing young adults, and lives in Warrington with her husband and two very fluffy Bichons. She is an active member of Warrington Toastmasters – a public speaking practice group – where she learned to overcome her nerves and found her voice. She loves mentoring new members and helping them speak up with courage and confidence.
