Our philosophy is that our clients’ commercial objectives are paramount, and our goal is to help them achieve their goals. We undertake all manner of HR and H&S consultancy projects and offer employers expert employment tribunal representation. Our services are available on either an ad-hoc or retained basis and retainer clients each have a dedicated contact manager as a main point of contact. Our consultants offer round the clock assistance and are professionally qualified with extensive industry experience, working closely with our clients to tailor our services to their needs. We offer jargon-free HR advice and practical support with documentation, from employee handbooks and employment contracts to people policies and procedures. We are experienced in managing complex HR projects and investigations also design and deliver bespoke workplace training, as well as open training sessions throughout the year. EML are qualified to provide impartial advice and training on all aspects of employment law, from employee relations issues and redundancy processes to TUPE transfers and employment tribunal claims. We routinely deal with a range of projects on behalf of employers, including: disciplinary and grievance investigations, unfair dismissals, reorganisations and redundancies and flexible working arrangements. From basic risk assessments to high level policies and procedures, we produce sensible user-friendly and bespoke H&S documentation. Our consultants are IOSH and NEBOSH accredited and can also support you with ad-hoc projects such as air sampling and noise surveys. Our accredited Mental Health First Aider is also available to support employers in developing a workplace culture that supports employee health and wellbeing.
